The life of Ms. Sharda of Jashpur has changed by getting employment with the help of the district administration. Sharda has become a source of inspiration for the educated unemployed of the district. Sharda tells that she is a resident of village Portenga of Jashpur block. The financial condition of his family was not that good. The main source of livelihood of his family was dependent on agriculture. She lives in her 5-member family with her parents, brother and sister-in-law. His father Shri Ganga Singh is a farmer. Where he used to do farming and feed his family. At the same time, he fulfills the needs of his family. Sharda also helps her family in farming work along with household chores.

Sharda's elementary education was completed in the village school itself. Sharda has the passion to strengthen the financial condition of her family from the very beginning and after completing her studies she decided to support her family financially. But his dream was not being fulfilled due to lack of employment opportunities in the village.

In this episode, when Sharda came to know about the employment fair under skill development. He felt that now he has got the first step towards his success. Sharda came to know about the schemes of the government and their benefits by participating in the employment fair and decided to do the work of home health care nursing for employment. After selection in Sharda's course, she was provided training and job placement was also provided. Today Sharda Sansthan Life Care Taker is working in Raipur, where he has been provided residential facility along with salary of about 9 thousand rupees per month. Sharda has become self-reliant now. She is also able to fulfill her needs. Along with this, she is helping her family in increasing the financial condition of her family. Sharda has heartily thanked the Chhattisgarh government and district administration for skill development of the unemployed, providing them employment and making them self-reliant.
