Verification of educational and original documents is now on 24th August for the candidates included in the merit list of the Patwari Training Selection Test for the year 2022.
The verification of the educational qualification and original documents of the candidates included in the merit list of the Patwari Training Selection Test for the year 2022 for the district will now be done on August 24. According to the information received from the Land Records Branch, the candidates will have to appear for this in the Collectorate's room number 86 at 11 am. It is clearly stated that on the appointed date and time, if the candidate does not appear with the original documents, the selection / waiting list will be prepared according to the rules by recording the absence of the candidate and no claim will be entertained thereafter. It may be noted that earlier the verification of documents was to be done on August 18, which has been partially amended and has now been done on August 24.
It is worth mentioning that the candidates will have to bring high school, higher secondary education qualification, original certificate regarding computer qualification, caste / social status and residence certificate issued by the competent authority, living employment registration certificate and two passport size photographs. Also, in case of marriage, candidates will have to appear with an affidavit attested by a notary/competent officer. Apart from this one set self attested photocopy will also have to be submitted during document verification. It is to be known that the Patwari Training Selection Test was conducted by the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, Raipur on 24 April 2022. Under this, the land records office has received the merit list of the candidates who applied for Dhamtari district. In view of this, the documents verification of the candidates will be done on August 24.
