According to the information compiled by the State Level Control Room set up by the Revenue and Disaster Management Department of the State Government, since June 1, 2022, an average rainfall of 724.1 mm has been recorded in the state. According to the rainfall recorded in different districts of the state from June 01 to August 10, Bijapur district has recorded the highest average rainfall of 1767.1 mm and Surguja district with the lowest average rainfall of 275.8 mm.
According to the information received from the state level flood control room, since June 1, 374.1 mm in Surajpur, 317.7 mm in Balrampur, 362.7 mm in Jashpur, 389.2 mm in Korea, 555.7 mm in Raipur, 709.7 mm in Balodabazar, 820.7 mm in Gariaband, 709.6 mm in Mahasamund, 845.9 mm in Dhamtari, 718.8 mm in Bilaspur, 727.0 mm in Mungeli, 627.2 mm in Raigarh, 797.1 mm in Janjgir-Champa, 502.9 mm in Korba, 616.0 mm in Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi, 710.0 mm in Durg , Kabirdham 667.9 mm, Rajnandgaon 775.4 mm, Balod 882.6 mm, Bemetara 481.2 mm, Bastar 1083.3 mm, Kondagaon 848.3 mm, Kanker 952.5 mm, Narayanpur 856.3 mm, Dantewada 1118.5 mm and Sukma 780.5 mm Average rainfall was recorded.
