In this episode, the boys and girls of Government School for Deaf and Deaf, located at Mathpuraina, Raipur, made very attractive paintings on the theme 'Hamar Tricolor' and other subjects. These students were awarded with first, second and third prize in two categories. Consolation prizes were given to all the participating children of the school.

Gagan Sahu got first position in secondary and primary category, second prize was won by Shri Chitraansh and third prize was won by Shri Yugesh. The visually impaired Shri Kushal Nishad, who participated in the competition, was also felicitated. On this occasion the in-charge of the school, Mr. Tripathi, retired Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. RS. Gupta and school staff, drawing teachers and students were present.
